WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY MATCH AFTER THE 4 REQUIRED WEEKS OF DATING THEM?
We at PPU diligently study our client’s dating preferences in order to pair them up with the most adequate partner. We actively listen to our client’s needs and we thoroughly vet the matches that we pick for them. Hence, the chances of you not liking your matches are essentially low. However, if you happen to not like your match at the end of the 8 weeks matchmaking process, we’ll have 2 options for you:
1. We will find you another match
2. You will get a FREE ticket to our Singles Night Out (SNO) event where you will get a chance to meet and mingle with new singles.​
If we decide to go with option 1, please note that you will not be shadowed by Hadassah for 8 weeks like in the very first matching process. You will just be presented to the match and you and your match will carry it on. We believe that the advice and coaching that you would have received during the initial first matchmaking class will be enough to help you navigate through another experience with your new match.
For you to be eligible for either of these options, you have to give a chance to the first match that we find for you and go through the 4 weeks of actually dating them. We will not find you another match just because you don’t like the one we present you to after seeing or talking to them for 5 minutes.
MY MATCH AND I DECIDED TO KEEP DATING AFTER THE MATCHMAKING CLASS, BUT THEN WE BROKE UP A SHORT TIME AFTER - WHAT HAPPENS THEN?
Once a paired up couple decides to keep dating and pursue a relationship after the matchmaking process, Perfectly Paired Up is no longer responsible for how the relationship ends. We believe that if you and your match mutually decided to stay together after the class, it is because you both agree that there was a connection worth pursuing which means that PPU did its job and provided you with someone that you were once interested in. You can always re- apply for the next class - we will be happy to find another match for you! Or you may want to consider private matchmaking services with Hadassah. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, PPU does not do refunds. With that being said, please make sure that you are serious about finding your soulmate before purchasing the service.
DO I GET TO SEE PICTURES OR IS IT BLIND DATE ONLY?
We prefer for your first date with your match to be a blind date because we believe that one shouldn't judge a book by its cover. We pride ourselves in the thorough search that we do to find you a match so we want you to trust us with the process. We purposely spend a lot of time getting to know you as a person to find someone that we know you are likely to enjoy spending time with physically and emotionally.
WILL MY INFORMATION BE KEPT PRIVATE?
Unlike traditional dating apps, the information that you submit to us here at PPU is completely private and only disclosed within the PPU team in order to find you a match. The only time that we might share some of your info is when speaking to your potential match about you.
DO YOU DO BACKGROUND CHECKS?
Your safety is our ultimate priority. This is why we subject every client that we take on to a criminal background check. The criminal background check fee is $35 and the client is responsible for that fee. Clients and their potential match must pass our criminal background check before moving forward with us.
DO YOU DO PAYMENT PLANS? HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?
As far as for the matchmaking classes, we do take payment plans. We just require full payment of the class to be paid midway through the program which is on week 4. However for our SNO (Single Night Out) events, payment plans are not possible. Once you pass our background checks - we will send you an invoice with payment details.
